WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are delivered in approximately 5 business days. Once you have placed your order, it will take 1-3 business days for your product to be formulated to your specifications, before it will be shipped using Australia Post. We will share tracking information with you once your order has shipped so that you can plan for delivery.

We ship our orders via Australia Post.

Please note that if your order is placed over a weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

Orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we observe any Victorian Public Holidays.
